I was born and raised in Guatemala, and some of my best memories are filled with the smells, sounds, and flavors of our street food.
In honor of Guatemala’s Independence Month this September, I’m bringing those flavors to the kitchen with a special hands-on class where we’ll make:
*Spiked Rosa de Jamaica
*Crispy Tostadas
*Golden Taquitos
*Dobladas
Along the way, I’ll share how to make hand-pressed tortillas, vibrant sauces and tangy curtido. Just like back home!
